When using SSL for LDAP connection on “Registered Servers” over McAfee EPO(ePolicy Orchestrator), the following error is received. Previously, this error was not received. We got this error after McAfee’s updates. In order to use LDAP connections in an encrypted way using an SSL certificate, we need to fix this error.

Unable to communicate with the LDAP server. Verify that the settings you specified are correct.

Solving SSL Certificate Error

Updating ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 Update 10 to ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 Update 12 fixed the SSL certificate error.
